Hollywood band Metro Station, with its self-titled debut, turned out a new video this week, and it’s definitely a step up from lead single "Kelsey." I like the melody of the lead a bit more, but "Control" has its synth-y, buzz-y moments – which I always have a weakness for. I also like tattooed Trace Cyrus taking the spotlight from weird-looking Mason Musso this time around.
The video’s set in a sweaty, greasy apartment party complete with oil-wrestling, a space walk and spin-the-bottle. Meanwhile, the Metro guys sing, "Take it off, let’s just touch / I’m coming down, bring me up" … very fitting, I guess.
