Watch Michelle Visage "Vogue" the House Down Boots on "Strictly Come Dancing"

"This dance, I want to dedicate to the community that's been there for me from the beginning."

Madonna superfan Michelle Visage, everyone's favorite squirrel friend, honored the queen of pop this weekend on Strictly Come Dancing.

The ninth week of the dancing competition series was couple's choice, so obviously Michelle chose to recreate Madonna's iconic VMAs performance of "Vogue," complete with Rococo gown, hand fans, and backup dancers.

The RuPaul's Drag Race judge took it back to her New York house ball roots and absolutely slayed the routine. Unfortunately, this late in the competition, it wasn't enough; she and partner Giovanni Pernice were asked to sashay away.

"It's less about the song and more about what voguing has meant to me as a teenager who kind of had no place in New York City and was taken in by the gay community," Michelle, choking back tears, said in a video interview before the final dance. "I knew for the first time that I had found my family. I knew that I was there and I knew that I was home."

"And I wasn't alone, I wasn't questioned for who I was, or what I looked like, or if I wasn't cool enough or skinny enough. I was just me and they loved me for me," she continued. "This couple's choice dance I want to dedicate to the community that's been there for me from the beginning. I will never leave you just as you've never left me."

Condragulations to Michelle for making it this far on Strictly—and for always using her platform to support the LGBTQ community.
