MTV has released the first six minutes of the season premiere of Teen Wolf, and it features a catatonic Lydia in the nuthouse, as she endures two evil orderlies who finally bring out the banshee in her. And at the end there's a surprise cameo from a certain ... blast from the past! Um ... a dead blast from the past.

The two-night premiere of Teen Wolf Season Five starts on MTV on Monday, June 29th at 10 PM ET
