We Love Libby, The New Virtual Airport Helper

AVATAR HOLOGRAPH LIBBY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEWARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT COVER

"Welcome to New York City Bitches!"

She’s two-faced, impeccably thin and will never have a bad hair day. Slap her—she’ll never feel it and read her for filth all day long—she’s incapable of feeling. Have we entered another season of RuPaul’s Drag Race already? Not quite yet….This bitch doesn’t need any money or awards. She’s already got everything she needs.  Hate her already?

AVANTAR Holograph virtual assistant airport

"My ass is perfect. Its programmed that way"

Try not to, because she just might be your savior when landing at anyone of New York City’s three airports. Her name is Libby and she’s one of the first ever avatar-virtual-holographic information assistants in the world, and just landed some work at Newark, LaGuardia and JFK International Airports.

Libby’s been programmed to answer some of the questions most frequently asked when arriving to New York, like where to find the taxis and and she also doles out general airport safety and convenience tips. Dressed just like one of the Authority’s customer care representatives, she twiddles her thumbs while idle, smiles and looks in different directions until approached by a passenger, at which point she politely speaks, delivering pre-programmed content.

We love her because she’s probably not a terrorist and won’t confiscate your expensive beauty products or take your weed, but we’re more excited for the virtual police man that’s in store for the future.
