Behold! Converse Chuck Taylor Premiums! (Converse)
Chuck Taylors are a classic, and it’d be nearly impossible to improve upon a shoe that’s so iconic. But that’s exactly what the sneaker pimps over at Converse have done with their new line of Chuck Taylor Premiums. They’ve upped the ante on the traditional Converse canvas by replacing it with leather. And they’re releasing the shoe in both white with white soles, and black-on-white soles styles.
Of course, the new premium kicks are a bit more pricey than their standard canvas counterparts, retailing for around $125 a pop. But we also think they’re a lot more versatile. Can Chuck Taylors go formal? We certainly think so. [Cool Hunting]
