Who Wore It Better? Kellan Lutz And Kit Harrington In Greco-Roman Drag

Give thanks to the Greek (and Roman) gods for the release of scorching images from two upcoming sword-and-sandal epics: Above, Kellan Lutz (left) struts it for Hercules 3D, due out early 2014, and Kit Harrington (right) sashays in the rain as a slave-turned-gladiator in Pompeii, coming out in February of the same year. But who wore it best?

We have to give this first round above to Game of Thrones star Harrington, since his physical transformation is so dramatic—we’ve all seen Lutz shirtless and hunked out before. Harrington told EW,“This is the first scene you see me in. It’s set in London, in fact, and it’s a scene where my character is a gladiator fighting in an arena. …You see me display my skills quite early on.”

Oh honey, don’t tease.

Alas, this isn’t Kit’s main kit in Pompeii. “It’s a costume I don’t actually wear for the rest of the film, but it’s an establishing one.” Way to bum us out, Mr. Harrington!

So in the end, the prize goes to Lutz, since Herc will be parading around in lion furs and not much else. Check out his faux-furry look and other hot moments, courtesy of the Hercules 3D website below.
