Indie-alt-pop-electro-rockers MGMT (aka Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden) are prancing back your way with a new album on April 13th. It’s called Congratulations. And they just unveiled their uber-twisted video for the first single “Flash Delirium.” Hmmmmm…
Whether or not you love it depends on how you feel about rambly country estates full of sourpussed old broads and retired generals. But that’s just the beginning… The nice MGMT boys arrive at said mansion, there’s a party with poodles and dancing dowagers and just when you think you’ve got it figured out, a gaping neck wound stars singing, and then a big slimy eel gets yanked out of it, and then a big medical-looking anus machine gets wheeled in. And, yep, there’s a guy with boobs, too.
