The XX Celebrate Queer Love With “Say Something Loving” Music Video

The song is off their latest album "I See You."

The xx has unveiled the music video for its newest track, which takes a loving look at same-sex relationships.

“Say Something Loving” is the second single to come off the British indie group’s latest effort, I See You.

The plaintive tune gets a nostalgic video, with bandmates Romy Madley Croft, Jamie Smith and Oliver Sim reflecting on first love while shots of young queer couples flash by.

The theme is fitting given that both Croft and Sim are openly gay, with the former having just gotten engaged to her longtime girlfriend, designer Hannah Marshall.
