Summer TV is getting going and it's almost as hot as the weather outside. Good thing Your Week in Beefcake is there to take the temperature.

Once again, American Ninja Warrior served a buffet of buff bods on Monday, starting with 6'6" Tyler Brayton who seems to hang out at home doing shirtless handstands.

On the other end of the height spectrum, 5' 3" Zac Eddington was the guy who took off his shirt before starting his run. (There should be one per episode.) Like with all the shorter ANW competitors, I'm rooting for him to be the one who beats the Jumping Spider.

"Cowboy Ninja" Lance Peekus was also back and still looking like a sculpture.

William Adams is a Ferguson, Missouri resident, teaching fitness to people who can afford to hire a personal trainer.

For some reason, ER doc Noah Kauffman was cut to a recap segment and we had to admire his abs when he cheered from the sidelines.

Isaac Caldiero trains with ANW all-stars, even if I don't remember seeing him face the obstacles before.

Once again, Brian Arnold conquered the qualifying course in rapid time.

Monday also debuted another reality show as So You Think You Can Dance's twelfth season began. After spending the hiatus getting recognized for his Wendy Williams impression, Courtney Barnes returned for another audition.

Parking valet Guillermo Morales cracked the judges up with his wit before impressing them with his moves.

The finale of Cucumber started the morning after Henry's big party, which gave us the sight of Jan Uddin in his undies one more time.

Henry also had guys cooking while wearing nothing but an apron.

Henry turned his home into a sort of queer haven, which came with the benefit of fit guys doing shirtless tai chi in the backyard.

That was the same backyard that would see Freddie Fox snogging Dino Fetscher.

Fox would strip down again one more time in the episode.

The series' last bit of beefcake came from Matthew Bailey, whose character who went from shirtless homoerotic vlogger to shirtless anti-gay vlogger.

Monday also saw the third season of Devious Maids debut, where Gilles Marini took little time to strip down to his trunks.

The episode also revealed that Jim Rash is buffer than his costumes would have you think.

Wednesday,  Baby Daddy returned with new episodes and took little time putting Derek Theler's abs on display again.

The episode was a double treat with a second scene with Theler in a towel.

For a bit of catchup, last week's iZombie had Liv dealing with hallucinations. Sensibly, her hallucinations of Robert Buckley included catching him changing.

For some reason these two studs were just hanging out and laughing at girls struggling with driving lessons on the May 11 episode of Hollyoaks.

The next day's episode offered Ayden Callaghan showing that the Roscoe family doesn't have full-size towels. We're not complaining.

Neighbours had a double-feature of Travis Burns shirtlessness this week. May 12. First, he learned that disrobing could keep him from getting caught for criminal activities.

That was followed by some time cooling off at the pool

Monday's Days of Our Lives gave us Christopher Sean in a towel. It turns out Paul dreams of dropping that towel for his ex Sonny.

Tuesday's episode offered more of Paul Telfer's amazing abs.

Last Friday, General Hospital started with Ryan Paevey shirtless

However, Monday's episode was an entire feast of beefcake. Will deVry ditched his shirt for another workout scene.

Bryan Craig also started the episode with a shirtless workout scene.

There was also a bit of Grayson McCouch shirtlessness.

The episode ended by getting Chad Duell out of his shirt for one of those GH grudge matches in the boxing ring.
