It's time to look back at a week of TV and recap which shows had a special on six packs with Your Week in Beefcake. Things were pretty quiet this week, but while quantity dropped a little, a few shows really delivered quality.

Revenge took a break from starting an episode in the police changing room. Instead it started with Daniel (Joshua Bowman) in bed.

Monday, The Ellen DeGeneres Show started the work week with Teen Wolf's Tyler Posey, who stripped down to pink undies (for breast cancer awareness) and sat in the hot seat of a dunk tank.

Since it's fellow superhero drama Arrow has been pretty modest this season, The Flash let Barry (Grant Gustin) bring some unbuttoned hotness.

This week, Nashville disappointed us by ignoring Will. It did have Deacon (Charles Esten) trying to quickly get dressed after a one night stand.

From what Tumblr tells me about this week's Kingdom, this week saw the Kulina boys in a fight. That included Nate (Nick Jonas)...

There was also disgraced fighting star Ryan Wheeler (Friday Night Lights vet Matt Lauria), who is trying to restart his career after a battle with substance abuse.

Apparently, Ryan and Jay are giving Kingdom a good amount of hoyay as they wrestled in bed and exclaiming, "Daddy likes." I thought Nate's storyline involved his sexuality.

Thursday's Vampire Diaries included a party at the swimming hole, which was a good excuse to get Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) out of his shirt. Grandad Steve McQueen would be so proud.

How to Get Away with Murder stepped up this week with an episode featuring a lot of Connor (Jack Falahee). Connor may insist he's not a relationship guy, but we learn he's been seeing a lot of Oliver (Conrad Ricamora). Too bad that's not enough for Connor to realize there may be consequences if he seduces an office assistant (Niko Pepaj) for information.

This aptly aired the same week Vanity Fair praised the way HTGAWM depicts gay sexuality.

Connor left a definite impression on poor Pax. From the dialogue I wasn't sure if that was because of Connor's amazing technique or that Pax's sex life was pretty vanilla before Connor.

However, before the episode is over, Connor learns that the problem with dating a smart guy like Oliver — he's also smart enough to figure out that Connor had sex with Pax to get information.

And no matter how good Connor may look in just a tank top and trunks, protesting 'It was just sex, he meant nothing' will not make things better.

NBC's A to Z started out promising. Too bad it's become one of those romantic comedies where the protagonists do terrible things so that they can have a heartfelt reconciliation. Last week, Zelda got jealous when Andrew went on a date he arranged before he met Zelda. Feeling the need to retaliate, Zelda arranged a date with Mike (John Gabriel). Neither date went well, but Andrew spied on Zelda and ended up being greeted by a shirtless Mike.

Meanwhile, this week's episode saw Andrew and Zelda start snooping on each other online. When it turned out that Zelda was once in a marriage of convenience, Andrew looked up the guy and found that it's easy to find ab-tastic pictures of Zelda's ex-husband (Christian Gehring).

Even the soaps were pretty quiet. Salem was in mourning on Days of Our Lives following the sudden death of E.J. DiMera (James Scott). However, amid all the sadness, Sami had a flashback to EJ in his younger days, before he learned not to wax his chest.

On Hulu, Wednesday's Hollyoaks had a double feature of guys in towels, starting with our last chance to enjoy the sight of Sonny Valentine  (Aaron Fontaine).

Meanwhile, Dodger (Danny Mac) also had his shower interrupted by Sienna, giving viewers the rare chance to appreciate her presence.
