Zac Efron is still probably recovering from getting whomped in the face the other day, but he also has a new movie, Neighbors, opening May 3. In the new red-band trailer (below) we see Efron and his frat bros (including slice-of-nice Dave Franco) battling for supremacy against their suburbanite neighbors, played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.

There's plenty of homo-adjacent humor, including Rosen calling Efron "something a gay guy designed in a laboratory," Efron flexing in front of an Abercrombie & Fitch, and the two getting into a dildo-slapping fight.

Y'know, like neighbors do.
