In the new Baywatch movie Zac Efron plays Matt Brody, a brash new recruit taken on by veteran lifeguard Mitch Buchanan (Dwayne Johnson).When the two need to go undercover, Johnson wears a chef’s outfit but Efron dons a tight miniskirt, heels, and brunette wig.

It’s definitely “bro drag,” but we approve of the effort.

Speaking with Logo's Matthew Breen, Efron said donning drag finally enabled him to understand why women are so quick to kick off their shoes at the end of a long day.

"It was hard. I had to commit and be confident," the actor joked, before admitting getting dragged up was actually "really fun."

The buff actor even got praise from his Baywatch co-stars about how good he looked in drag—though some guessed that maybe it wasn't his first time.

"The man can walk in heels," said co-star Kelly Rohrbach.
