Pop queen Selena Gomez lays out the rules for the brand new Kappa Nu sorority house in the new trailer for Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, a sequel to the 2014 fraternity comedy starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen.

The new film follows basically the same plot as the first film — a college sorority moves in next door to a suburban couple and ruins their lives — and includes copious amounts of a shirtless Zac Efron, the main motivating factor that drove people to see Neighbors.

According to the film's description, the ladies of Kappa Nu wind up being "even more out of control than Teddy (Efron) and his brothers" were in Neighbors. Mac (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) wind up bringing Zac back to the neighborhood to join forces and push the women out.

And thank goddess Zac does it all in short shorts.
