Anderson Cooper walked the red carpet at the Elton John AIDS Foundation's 14th Annual An Enduring Vision Benefit in New York City Monday night looking incredibly handsome on the arm of his equally handsome boyfriend, entrepreneur Benjamin Maisani.

The A-list couple doesn't appear publicly together very often (Benjamin isn't 'bout that fame life), but when they do, they make sure people know they're an item.

They walked the entire red carpet hand-in-hand.

Once inside, the couple also ran into old friends including Andy Cohen (NO, they've never hooked up) and Gus Kenworthy.
