Madonna Is God in the New Ariana Grande Music Video

"I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger..."

Ariana Grande has dropped another single, “God Is a Woman,” off of her upcoming album, Sweetener, and she has enlisted a true pop goddess for the music video: Madonna.

The video for the track continues the trippy visuals from “No More Tears Left to Cry,” and at the 2:23 mark Ariana pauses the song to lip sync an altered passage from the bible passage Ezekiel 25:17 from Ezekiel 25:17 by none other than the Material Girl, herself.

The video reveal comes two days after the pint-sized songstress tweeted a photo of her and Madonna together, thanking her for “you know why.” Fans speculated that the two were working on a song together, and while Madge’s monologue might be their only collaboration right now, we would not be surprised for Ariana to pop up on Madonna’s forthcoming 14th studio album.
