Barry Manilow Married His Longtime Boyfriend. Could It Be Magic?

Legendary singer Barry Manilow reportedly married his longtime boyfriend, Garry Kief, according to the National Enquirer.
Kief is actually Manilow's manager, and president of Barry Manilow Productions. The two met back in 1979, but the wedding didn't take placeuntil last year at Manilow's Palm Springs manse, where Kief has reported lived for almost 20 years.
According to the Enquirer, guests thought they were just coming for lunch. “It was a total surprise. When they arrived they were told it was a wedding!” a source said. Longtime friend Suzanne Somers was the best man, and Manilow's assistant, Marc Hulett, officiated the ceremony.

While Manilow, 71, has long been rumored to be gay—and got his start playing gay bathhouses with Bette Midler—he's never discussed his sexuality publicly. “Barry has lived a very secretive life and the wedding was no different! Barry and Garry did not tell friends or family that the occasion was their wedding,” the insider explained. “It was a beautiful wedding and consummated their lifelong love affair.”
The "Mandy" singer hasn't talked about the purported nuptials, but he has reportedly been wearing a wedding ring in concert.
