Batman And Superman Are Lovers In West Hollywood's Most Homoerotic Sculpture
Batman and Superman are having a moment with each other in this supremely sexy, slightly homoerotic sculpture parked squarely in the middle of a West Hollywood park.
As you can see below, the whimsical piece features Superman standing atop a staircase, ripping his shirt open. Batman, seated, bare-chested, and reclining backward, is offering a finger that just screams "take me now!"

The piece by sculptor Mauro Perucchetti is an ode to "The Creation of David," the infamous artwork by Michelangelo. According to blogger Jason Morgan, it's been standing in the park since early June, to mark the beginning of Los Angeles Pride, and will remain through the end of the year.
"Modern Heroes" was previously displayed in Rome in 2011 and again in 2013, in front of the Louvre Museum in Paris. You can check out more photos of it here.
