Harry Styles Waves “Make America Gay Again” Pride Flag During Concert

The One Direction alum is no stranger to supporting the LGBTQ community.

This is what makes him beautiful.

Harry Styles thrilled fans Friday night during his Philadelphia concert when he held up a rainbow flag that read “Make America Gay Again.”

While performing the One Direction hit “What Makes You Beautiful,” the former boy bander snatched the flag from a fan in the crowd, Karla Balcazar, who captured the interaction on Instagram.

It's not the first time the 24-year-old British heartthrob has shown his support for the LGBTQ community. Touring the U.S. during Pride month, Styles has reportedly wrapped himself in rainbow flags, worn AIDS awareness pins, and dedicated songs to male audience members.

The singer-songwriter's tour merchandise even includes rainbow-colored "Treat People With Kindness" tees that benefit GLSEN.

Styles kicked off his first solo tour last September in San Francisco, where he tied a Pride flag to his microphone stand after a fan threw it on stage. He memorably wore a rainbow flag as a cape during a One Direction show in 2015.

Earlier this year Styles debuted a new song live, "Medicine," which includes a lyric about messing around with boys and girls. Twitter quickly declared it a bi anthem.

Styles once told GQ he’s “pretty sure” he’s not bisexual, but he also said it’s “not that important” for his significant other to be female. Regarding sex with a man, he once told bandmate Niall Horan, “Don’t knock it till you try it.”
