All hail the impeachment queen!

All hail the queen of impeachment! No, not Nancy Pelosi—we're talking about Joe D’Angio, a.k.a. New Jersey-based drag queen Pissi Myles.

Pissi made national headlines last year when she sashayed onto Capitol Hill for the House Intelligence Committee’s impeachment hearings for Donald Trump.

"I’ve always been attracted to politics, especially as they pertain to the LGBTQ community. Probably in my mid-20s, I became much more interested in civics, the way the government works," Pissi told NewNowNext last November. "I really encourage young people to be a part of the political system and vote! It’s the only way to make your voice heard. A lot of people think their vote doesn’t count, but it absolutely does. We saw in the last midterm election that it came down in some cases to a matter of a hundred votes."

Pissi didn't stop at the impeachment hearings, either. She also served America more political fish as a correspondent for Happs News at a Democratic Debate the following week, where she ended up scoring some one-on-one time with candidates Kamala Harris and Cory Booker.

Speaking of politics and voting, Pissi tells Logo and NewNowNext that Americans better tuck it to the polls this November: "The only way to exercise your voice is to go out and vote, so you better be there!"

You heard her! Voters, don't f*ck it up this Election Day.
