5 "Drag Race" Stars Who Are Parents

It's a family affair, henny.

Fans know RuPaul as Mama Ru, but she's not the only "mom" on Drag Race.

Below, meet five Drag Race stars who are proud parents in real life.

Tempest DuJour

DuJour, also known as Patrick Holt, sashayed away just one episode in Season 7. But he's the ultimate winner to his husband, David, and their two kids.

"It’s a tough balance, being a dad, doing drag, and having an academic career," Holt, who's a professor at the University of Arizona, told the Daily Wildcat. "I started doing drag almost ten years ago. I was a late bloomer and actually started sort of late."

Tyra Sanchez

The winner of Drag Race Season 2, Sanchez (a.k.a. James Ross IV) has spoken publicly about becoming a father at age 17. In addition to her son, Jeremiah, Sanchez recently shared she's expecting another child.

"Someone’s becoming a father for the second time," she tweeted over the weekend.

Mrs. Kasha Davis

Married with two daughters, Davis, or Ed Popil, often posts about her family on social media. Previously married to a woman, this Season 7 star is stepparent to two girls—now young ladies.

Nicole Paige Brooks

This season Season 2 queen has a son named Lukas, who she mentioned frequently during her time on Drag Race.

"Lukas is not my biological son," Brooks told NewNowNext after her elimination. "His mother, Shannon, is my best friend and her partner passed away right after Lukas was born. We have evolved into a family unit... With or without [the adoption paperwork], Lukas will always be my son."

Michelle Visage

David Case

Drag Race royal Michelle Visage and her husband, David Case, are proud parents to two daughters, Lola and Lillie, and frequently beam about them on Twitter.

Visage has opened up about her daughters' struggles in their teen years.

"Teenage girls suffer from self-loathing, thinking they're not good enough," she told SheKnows.com. "I hope to teach them that love starts from within. It sounds so cheesy, but it's so true. You can't depend on other people for your happiness."
