But savvy viewers know that multiple victory scenarios are taped in front of live audiences to help curb leaks and spoilers, so the winners don't officially know if they've snatched the title of America's Next Drag Superstar until the finale actually airs.

A new video serves up Sasha and Peppermint's realtime reactions as the final two queens sit down to watch their lip sync smackdowns backstage during the finale viewing party at New York's Stage 48, where Sasha finally received her crown—and oversized $100,000 prize check.

“Dress up according to your own rules and then break them,” Sasha told the party crowd. “If you want to be a queen, make your own goddamn crowns!”
