Ms. Mattel, with a photo of her hand holding up a hot pink phone, announced yesterday on social media that she was launching Trixie Cosmetics. The “Backwoods Barbie” didn’t divulge any additional info, but World of Wonder later tweeted that her makeup line would debut exclusively May 24 at RuPaul’s DragCon LA.

“Before Drag Race, my day job was working at Ulta, Sephora, eventually I was working at MAC full time. I loved it. I enjoyed putting makeup on people, I also enjoyed helping people, and teaching them,” Trixie told NewNowNext last year for her Sugarpill launch. “Even women are so intimidated by makeup products, and I got a lot of fulfillment putting the products in people’s hands and teaching them how to use it.”

We fell in love with Trixie’s Sugarpill collection—which included shades named Romy, Ponyboy, and Side Saddle—so we can’t wait to see what’s up her skinny sleeve for her own makeup line.
RuPaul’s Drag Race airs Thursdays at 9/8c on VH1.
