There's been much talk about whether The Spice Girls are going to reunite for the 20th anniversary of their first single "Wannabe" this year.

Mel B has been conductor of the gossip train since at least September, when she suggested the girls should get together to celebrate the iconic year with a tour, going so far as to say, "If we do something it has to be all of us – that’s the whole point."

Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, and Melanie C have all chimed in over the months, saying they'd absolutely be down for a mega-reunion tour in 2016.

The only holdout has been Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, who is rumored to have turned down the offer to reunite, citing her fashion career and children.

Holdout, that is, UNTIL NOW.

"There are still lots of details to sort out but Victoria’s said she’ll perform with the girls," a source close to Posh told Closer magazine this week.

The girls had been trying to persuade Victoria to join the tour and Mel B was furious with her for refusing to get involved.

Tensions came to a head last week when Mel C refused to do the tour without her and it led Victoria to break the good news she was willing to compromise.

She did a lot of thinking over the festive period and realized that while she couldn’t commit to the entire tour, she at least owed it to the girls and their fans to show her support and do a couple of the London gigs.

The report indicates Posh will only participate in the tour's London gigs, but negotiations are still in their infancy. Surely the girls can convince her to commit to a few more dates around the globe.
