Kylie Minogue Conjures Up Some "Magic" in Shimmery New Music Video

Prepare to fall under her spell.

Remember dancing the night away at your local gay club? Well, Kylie Minogue doesn't have to conjure up the memory because she is living it.

The Australian singer is a pop princess prestidigitator in the shimmery new music video for “Magic,” the second single from her upcoming 15th studio album, DISCO, set to be released on Friday, November 6.

"Magic" was filmed at London's iconic Fabric nightclub and directed by Minogue's frequent collaborator Sophie Muller, who worked with her on videos for previous singles like "Say Something," “Dancing,” and “Stop Me From Falling." The video for "Say Something" saw Minogue transform into a galactic goddess. For "Magic," Minogue came back down to Earth, casting a spell with her moves and glowing stick on the club floor.

DISCO is Minogue’s follow-up to Golden, her critically acclaimed 14th studio album from 2018. As NewNowNext previously reported, Minogue teased the new tunes back in December, telling Alan Carr in an interview for The Guardian that she was “really jazzed about [the music] to come.”

“I think it’s going to be getting back on the dance floor, like grown-up disco,” she added. “That’s where I want it to be. Shimmery.”

DISCO drops November 6. Until then, fall under Minogue's "Magic" spell in the music video below.
